Sarah – Manager
Sarah brings over 25 years of early years experience to her role as Manager at Rowlands Avenue Preschool. Since 2012, she's led the team warmly and confidently, creating a caring and structured learning environment. Sarah holds a Level 5 in Management and a Level 4 in Childcare & Education. As our SENCO and Designated Safeguarding Officer, she ensures every child receives inclusive support and feels safe, valued, and understood from day one.
​Helen – Deputy Manager
Helen has worked in early years education since 2005 and holds a Level 4 qualification in Childcare & Education. As Deputy Manager, she supports day-to-day nursery operations while actively participating in children's development. Her calm and encouraging nature helps children feel at ease and ready to learn. Helen builds strong partnerships with families and works closely with the team to maintain the high-quality care we're known for.

Emma – 3rd in Charge
Emma, our third person in charge, is qualified at Level 3 in childcare and education and has worked in the early years sector since 2012. She brings positive energy and creativity to the setting, making learning fun and engaging for every child. Emma supports staff and children alike with a friendly and dependable approach. Her experience and enthusiasm help create a consistent, joyful atmosphere throughout the nursery.
